Matthew Messuri graduated from the University of Connecticut with degrees in chemistry, structural biology and biophysics and minors in physiology and neurobiology. Prior to joining the cannabis industry Matt worked on a non-opiate painkiller in conjunction with Harvard Medical School and Boston Children’s Hospital. He moved to California after graduating and worked at California’s first licensed cannabis processing laboratory, which was funded by Montel Williams to study MS. Since then he has built over a dozen processing laboratories across the country, specializing in CO2 extraction. He is now the Director of Sales with Resinator where they’ve pioneered innovations such as freeze drying buds and using CO2 to trim or sift cannabis.
