Since our founding in 2012, Emerald Scientific has been 100% dedicated to promoting collaboration, transparency, and the evolution of science in the cannabis & hemp industries. As we began working more with quality assurance labs dedicated to the cannabis industry, we found many scientists lamenting the lack of a collaborative forum.

To answer this need, in 2014 we held the first Emerald Conference, inviting only vendors and participants truly dedicated to cannabis science. This gathering evidenced beyond any doubt that there was a significant appetite for this collaboration, and several of the brightest minds in cannabis credit this experience for instilling faith that this industry could be built on quality science.
