Dr. Eidem is passionate about bringing cutting-edge science and manufacturing best practices to the cannabis industry. She earned her Ph.D. in Microbiology discovering new antibiotics against bacterial pathogens, owned and operated a fermented foods company with her husband Derek to bring beneficial microbes to consumers, and got her start in the cannabis industry in manufacturing and quality management. Currently, she works with cannabis manufacturers to help them overcome microbial challenges in their cultivation and manufacturing processes, and she is empowering them to be prepared for the future of cannabis regulations and federal oversight at her company, Rogue Micro LLC.
