Patricia has a Master of Science in Microbiology and has worked more than 40 years as a Food Safety professional.  She is an active member in several professional groups for the microbial safety of food and beverages and is a bioMerieux representative for US ISO/TAG dedicated to global harmonizing of microbial methods.
